Summersweet - Hummingbird - Sale Price: $64.25 Summersweet - Hummingbird, Clethra alnifolia 'Hummingbird', is a medium-sized ornamental shrub forming tight colonies with age.  It has a spreading mound growth habit with a slow growth rate.  Due to its compact habit, it is well suited for small gardens. Hummingbird Summersweet is a dwarf cultivar which has a more compact and spreading growth form than the species.  This cultivar will have twice as many flowers than the species, and will grow 3' by 3'.
