Rose of Sharon - Lavender Chiffonâ„¢
Lavender Chiffon™ Hibiscus, Hibiscus syriacus 'Notwoodone' (PP12,619), has large, single lavender flowers adorned with a lacy center to create an anemone-like bloom.  Masses of fully double 3-to 4-inch blooms appear in late summer.  It is one of the longest-blooming as well as most prolific Hibiscus! It is beautiful when used in a mixed container to create a dramatic focal point, but will need to be moved to the landscape as it matures. Lavender Chiffon grows in any soil unless it is either really wet or extremely dry.  This deciduous shrub prefers full sun and is disease and pest resistant. This is one tough plant, and is able to maintain itself through good weather and poor alike. This elegant, large shrub creates an amazing focal accent in the  landscape. It becomes an incredible plant when pruned into a small tree. It is a nice choice for a background planting to low-growing shrubs.  With proper care, 'Notwoodone' will reward you with months of blooms every year! * Carefree * Long blooming * Elegant

Viburnum - Forest Rouge Blackhaw - DetailsViburnum - Forest Rouge Blackhaw - Sale Price: $43.95
The Forest Rouge Blackhaw Viburnum, Viburnum prunifolium 'McKRouge', is a trademarked selection made by Dan Moore at Mckay Nursery. This shrub has a dense, more oval, upright branching form than the species.  The foliage emerges yellow green and ages to a dark, shiny green. It is grown for this glossy, fine, smooth, textured foliage. Dark red young stems are a lovely contrast to the emerging yellow-green foliage.   Clusters of creamy-white flowers appear in spring followed by bluish-black berries that persist through fall until winter.  The fall color starts early on plants that are in full sun, and they will hold late into the season.  The plant is appropriately named because the 'Forest Rouge Blackhawk' has an outstanding maroon fall color. Forest Rouge Blackhaw works well for wildlife or naturalizing areas. It requires part shade to full sun and prefers sandy loam to some clay, but does best on well-drained sites with better than average moisture. * Outstanding fall color * Berries for wildlife

Bluebeard - Arthur J. Simmonds - DetailsBluebeard - Arthur J. Simmonds - Sale Price: $49.95
The Arthur J. Simmonds Bluebeard, Caryopteris x clandonensis 'Arthur J. Simmonds', is perhaps the hardiest of bluebeards! It displays powdery light blue flowers that are produced in late summer when few other shrubs bloom. It makes a shapely rounded bush, and its light colored lance-shaped leaves visually blur with the blue of the flowers. Before flowering, Arthur J. Simmonds makes a fine foliaged, formal shape that combines well with golden grasses. This is a relatively small shrub that will die back to the ground during the winter. It is suggested that this bluebeard be cut back to the ground to enhance production of new wood on which the flowers will be borne. Fall Bloom! Zones 5-9

Barberry - Korean - DetailsBarberry - Korean - Sale Price: $49.95
The Korean Barberry, Berberis koreana, is a dense, thorny plant useful for barrier planting. It displays small yellow flowers in hanging clusters in mid-spring and bright red berries in clusters in autumn. These berries may persist into winter. Korean Barberry has a wonderful, red, fall foliage color that will give you a colorful landscape! It requires full sun to partial shade and tolerates a wide range of soils, except those that are overly wet. Light pruning may be needed to maintain good shape. Use in borders, as a barrier, a hedge, or as a specimen.

Cotoneaster - Cranberry - DetailsCotoneaster - Cranberry - Sale Price: $32.95
The Cotoneaster Cranberry, 'Cotoneaster apiculatus', is a deciduous shrub that is easily grown in average, medium wet, well-drained soils in full sun. It has a wide tolerance of soil types. The branches may root where they touch the ground. This dense shrub displays stiffly arching branches. The small pink flowers appear in late spring and they will produce red cranberry-like berries in late summer. The autumn leaf color is very attractive with shades of purple, red and bronze. Use this plant to cover large areas, as a foundation plant, a low informal hedge or for erosion control on steep banks. The Cranberry Cotoneaster adds nice winter interest with the bright red berries hanging on the arching branches. Zones 4-8. * Winter Interest Plant!

Spiraea - Tor - DetailsSpiraea - Tor - Sale Price: $51.35
The Spirea 'Tor', Spiraea betuliflia 'Tor', is a compact spirea reaching a height and width of 2-3 ft. Its tiny white flower clusters are set against a backdrop of deep green leaves that are almost iridescent in the summer. The bright foliage turns a deep, purplish-red in the fall. The flowers are attractive to butterflies. A light shearing will encourage repeat bloom.  Tor blooms on new wood so pruning in early spring or late winter is recommended. Because of its small size and great attributes, Tor makes a wonderful foundation plant.  It can also be used as a specimen or grouped for rock gardens.  This spirea looks fabulous when planted in a mass!  Try using it as a low hedge for paths and walkways too. Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun, it also tolerates a wide range of soils. * Colorful foliage * Great attributes * Low maintenance
