Daylily - Eenie Weenie - Sale Price: $49.95 The Daylily, Eenie Weenie, 'Hemerocallis 'Eenie Weenie', is a favorite summer-blooming sun perennial with showy clusters of 1>-inch light yellow flowers with a green throat. The Eenie Weenie is a true dwarf as the grass-like clumps of foliage reaches a mere 10 inches tall. It is an early to mid-season re-blooming daylily. To promote new foliage and re-bloom, cut the plant back to 6 inches after it blooms. This plant makes a fantastic groundcover or edging as it is a true dwarf. Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).

Columbine - Blue Barlow - Sale Price: $49.95 The Columbine Blue Barlow, 'Aquilegia vulgaris 'Blue Barlow', produces unusual double, dahlia-like blooms that are blue-violet and lack the typical columbine spurs that nod gracefully above compact foliage in late spring. This plant grows to 2 feet tall and wide. Deadheading is recommended to prolong blooming. The wonderful plants perform best when planted in partially shaded areas.  Blue Barlow blooms in late spring to early summer and it can be used as a cut flower. Columbine is an easy to grow perennial  and produces large, showy blooms of single and bicolor patterns on airy plants with blue-green foliage.    Being very hardy, the columbine will likely survive the first light frosts, and then go dormant for the winter. Blue Barlow will do well in average soils and tolerates dry soil conditions; the soil should be well drained. This plant does not require mulching or protection in the winter. Dianthus - Raspberry Swirl - Sale Price: $49.95 The Dianthus 'Raspberry Swirl', Dianthus 'Devon Siskin', (sometimes called Siskin Clocks) is a mesmerizing plant! 'Devon Siskin' has dense mounds of grey green, evergreen foliage that grows to 7 inches tall with a spread of 12 inches. Producing bright pink flowers with deep burgundy edging and central disks, these blooms drown the foliage in late spring to early summer. As they age, the petals fade to white and the picotee edges changes to magenta.  If they are deadheaded, they will bloom again in the fall! Grass - Shenandoah Switch - Sale Price: $37.95 The Grass 'Shenandoah Switch Grass', Panicum virgatum 'Shenandoah', has a burgundy-red color to the foliage. This one starts out red in June, by mid-summer it looks like Bloodgrass, and in fall, it is a rich burgundy. The foliage starts out as deep green but takes on the red color thru the summer. The 4' height makes this a good choice for a specimen plant. It is one of the shortest Switch Grass varieties available. Given full sun and average soil, it is a moderate to fast grower. This plant will grow in dry to moist soils or well-drained, loamy, sandy or clay soils with a pH of a neutral to slightly alkaline. In early spring, before new growth begins, cut the old grass to the ground. If you want to divide the clump, do so in the spring. Its attributes include naturalizing, attracting birds and suitable for cut and dried flowers. A lot to love with this plant!
