Butterfly Bush - White Profusion - Sale Price: $57.05 Butterfly Bush - White Profusion, Buddleia davidii 'White Profusion', is a steady, reliable bloomer of pure white flowers that have a yellow eye. These tiny individual flowers are produced in profusion in long, dense trusses. It has soft silvery undersides on its leaves, which complement the white of the flowers. It is easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun. Use as a pollinator for 'Blue Princess'. 'Blue Prince' and 'Blue Princess' need to be planted near each other in order to produce fruit; one 'Blue Prince' will pollinate many female hollies. Blue Prince makes a fantastic, thick hedge, growing to a maximum height of about 15', but can easily be pruned to a lower height. It needs good drainage and a rich, acid soil. 'Aphrodite' bears dark hollyhock-like rosy-pink flowers with deeper red eyes from late summer until mid-fall.
