Daylily - Super Honor - Sale Price: $54.95 Hemerocallis Super Honor, Hemerocallis 'Super Honor', has a robust fragrance and symmetrical flower with frilly ruffled petals. The large 6 purple flowers appear in late July above slender but strong scapes. ‘Super Honor’ flowers open flat to reveal a large lemon-lime throat surrounded by a darker purple band on the petals; petals also display darker purple veining. This very dramatic daylily has an exemplary plant habit and can stand the heat of summer; opens well under varying weather conditions which can occur in summer! Individual flowers last only one day, but since each plant produces many buds, the total blooming time of a well-established clump may last more than a month; attracts butterflies. This grass grows on almost any well-drained soil, but prefers the sandy loams; also will grow on low fertility soils; responds well to fertilization. 'Weeping Love' is a grass that is perfect for erosion control and can be used in mass plantings, as a specimen, or in borders. Peony - Karl Rosenfield - Sale Price: $71.35 The Peony 'Karl Rosenfield', 'Paeonia', a fall planted bulb, produces magnificent bright red flowers that are stunning in the garden and superb for cut flowers. During late spring-early summer, they fill the garden with fragrance. They also produce superb, long lasting cut flowers. They will bloom 3 to 4 weeks in late spring. The Peony tolerates some drought but thrives in moist, fertile, well-draining soil. If your soil is extremely acid, add some lime at planting time.
